INFO:
Let’s make miyeokguk(seaweed soup)! A traditional Korean soup that is eaten during birthday and postpartum with loads of nutrients to help with the recovery! 1. Simply soak seaweed, drain them and save that aside! Make sure to keep the seaweed water too! 2. Slice up some beef, we were using ribeye here. 3. Heat up a pan with sesame oil. Drop the beef in and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the seaweed, fry for another 1-2 minutes. 4. Add in the seaweed stock and good amount of water. Bring this up to boil and add soy sauce, salt to taste. 5. Mince 1 clove of garlic and add it to the soup when it is boiling and let that boil for 30 seconds. 6. Serve with a bowl of hot rice and some kimchi! Enjoy 😁
