If you’re ever in Vietnam and want to try something a little different, but still very much made with local care, you’ve got to check out Pizza 4P’s. It’s not your typical pizza spot — they produce their own cheese using local milk, and their menu is this really creative mix of Italian, Japanese, and Vietnamese flavors. There are two things I always end up getting, no matter what else is on the menu: the creamy crab spaghetti — rich, flavorful — and the burrata fruit salad, which is fresh, light, and just the perfect balance. I still get random cravings for that crab pasta every couple of weeks :(
