A 34-year-old mentally challenged woman, who had gone missing from her Parel home nine years ago after following a Gudi Padwa procession, was reunited with her sisters on Wednesday at a shelter home in New Panvel, where she had been kept after being rescued from the streets in a desperate condition. The path was IT but an elective subject he took up at the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIITH), changed the course of Ram Manoj Patnaik’s life. Patnaik chose music and he has now made a career out of it after ditching his IT job. He said that though he had joined a dual degree course at IIITH, he would most likely drop out of the MS programme.
